Foraging Bounty!!

Lot's of great stuff can be found growing in the wild right now. At almost any of the coastline parking spots in Davenport one can find a plethora of wild plants that are really easy to tentify. In the first picture from left to right are: spring onions lilies, wild mustard (yellow flower), wild radishes (white, pink & purple flower), fennel, and wild chamomile. The chamomile is really cool and this is the first time I harvested it in the wild even though it's very common. Simply dry it & brew it in herbal tea, or use it to cure wild salmon......(hint: next posting will include a recipe for wild chamomile & onion lily cured salmon!)
